This photo is of Frihoff as a little kid and Daddy Mo as the adult. Daddy Mo is John Elmo Henrichsen, Rusty's father. Daddy Mo married Sugar, who was Blanche Williams, the second daughter of Else Johanne Ann Marie Nybo Williams. This is a great example of why names are confusing in the Allen family. Keeping tract of who is who can be difficult. Daddy Mo served in the military during WWII.
Here are some comments from his grandchildren regarding a post on Facebook which also explains his nickname.
AnneMarie - That's my Daddy Mo!! (John Elmo Henrichsen, Rusty's father) I haven't seen too many pictures of him, so this is a treat.
Rusty - My mother told me that in his letters home during WW2, he would sign his them on two separate lines - the first line he signed "Daddy" and the second he signed "Moe". Apparently my hearing made that all into one name - Daddy Moe. That's what I always called him as did your aunts and uncles and later, my children.
